About the Finance Team

Main Mission

The accountant will play a pivotal role in the internalization of Yego's accounting processes. The goal is to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed in financial reporting and closings, while maintaining collaboration with our key external partner.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Record and manage financial transactions for Yego's entities in Spain and France. Handle intercompany transactions and reconcile accounts.

Monthly and Annual Closures: Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

External Coordination: Ability to collaborate hand in hand with the financial team and the external partner for financial reporting, audits, and fiscal declarations.

Financial Process Optimization: Support efforts to fast-track closing processes and maintain accurate, streamlined accounting.

What You Bring

• Deep understanding of accounting and ability to translate business operations into accounting transactions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of rigour and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Extensive experience in the industrial sector.

• Full understanding of accounting cycles.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Navision.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English, proficiency in French is considered as nice to have.
